Penygroes service centre have protocols in place to keep you and your family safe from the virus.

All vehicles are sanitised before and after being worked on.

For those of you who wish to have a contact-free service, this is available on request. Please see the 5 step process below

  1. Make your booking over the phone let us know you wish to use our contact-free service.
  2. Park your vehicle in our car park (as you come in bare left).
  3. Post your keys through our workshop doors, labelled ‘key drop’ (big blue doors as you drive in).
  4. Once work is completed on your vehicle we will phone you. Payment must be made over the phone, we will then arrange a time for collection. Your paperwork will be emailed to you.
  5. On your arrival we will bring your vehicle into the designated pick up zone situated to the side of the workshop doors. please keep 2m distance as our staff exit your vehicle.

You are then good to go.
